“The Peppy Princess”

For 55 years, I have had the great pleasure of living a blessed life on this fantastic planet.

“The Peppy Princess” newsletter is my way of giving back to the Universe by sharing my experiences and showing others how anyone can live the life of their dreams.

I want to start this newsletter out with a little story of a little girl, about 7 years old, who had a fantastic dream.

"Dreams Really Do Come True"

One day a 7-year-old little girl, her mother and her younger sister went to the movies to see a cartoon called “Cinderella”  by Walt Disney.

After seeing this beautiful cartoon, this little 7-year-old girl had a dream she saw her wedding, she could see exactly what it would look like.

She saw a rainbow wedding, all her bridesmaids wore beautiful dresses, each a different color and for herself she wore a dress similar to the one worn by “Cinderella” at the ball.  So starts the dream!

The years past very quickly and her family begin to wonder if this little girl, now in her early thirties, was ever going to get married.

She on the other hand was not worried at all; she just told her family and friends that she was waiting for that one special person.  One she felt she could be married to forever, without having to change him or herself.

Her little sister, also in her thirties, had married her first husband at 19, after graduating from high school.  She had two beautiful children, a son, Jarid, and a daughter, Janis and was concerned that her big sister would never get married.

This little girl never worried about these things, she knew that when the time was right, the stars were aligned; she would meet that special man to make her dreams come true.

She was not one to sit at home waiting around for Prince Charming to bring her a glass slipper.  Instead she went out and continued to enjoy everyday of her life to the fullest.  She had many boyfriends; all of them were also friends.  She was not bad looking, always had a positive attitude and  always had something fun to do.

One Saturday night, she and her sister were attending a Pool League banquet; when all of a sudden something magical happened.  From across the banquet room, this little girl saw her Prince Charming (believe in Love at first sight.)  She had never seen this man before and the feeling in her heart was like it was going to jump right out of her chest.  It was like a dream and magic had stepped in and took over her heart.

Her younger sister, looked at her and asked "What the heck is the matter with you?"  "You are as red as a beet and your eyes are as big as saucers!" She turned to her sister and whispered, “There he is, the man I’m going to marry!”  Needless to say, her sister was in total shock.  She looked at her in total disbelief and said “Why?”  There was no answer, because this little girl did not know, it was just a feeling.

3 years later on July 11, 1987, this little girl was walking down the aisle in the most gorgeous wedding dress you have ever seen.  Waiting at the end of the runway was her Prince Charming, her 7 bridesmaids and grooms, her flower girl, Janis and her ring bearer, Jarid.  The bridesmaids’ dresses looked like Southern Bells and each one was a different pastel color of the rainbow.

The dream of a 7-year-old, now a 34, was now living her dream and it was more then even she had ever imagined.  The Laws of the Universe and her thoughts had created this beautiful wedding and a marriage made in heaven, all the vibrations inline, as like energy attracted like energy making a little girl's dream became a grown woman's reality.

Add to this joyous occasion, her honeymoon was also a dream come true, a 7-day Cruise to the Bahamas on the Royal Caribbean Cruise Line, “The Song of the South.”

The moral of the story is Never, I mean Never give up on your dreams.  The Universal Laws will always do everything possible to help you achieve your dreams; be passionate and the Universe will make it happen.

21 years later I am still happily married to my Prince Charming and everyday I am grateful for all I have and that is coming to me.
